TPC2143EL Base Machine includes: 1.0 Work round material from 5/8" diameter tube to 4" Sch40 at 15 lbs per ft. with occaisonal use. Up to 6" Sch40 pipe or maximum of 19 lbs. per ft. 2.0 Manual 6 3-Jaw chuck. 3.0 One (1) manual material support. More may be desirable and can be added as options. 4.0 Includes a USA manufactured Centroid CNC control. 4.1 USA manufactured motion control and PLC 4.2 USA manufactured axis drives and closed loop servo motors. 4.3 This provides operator familiarity with the machine for many experienced operators. 4.4 This provides quick learning with solid support for new operators. 4.5 This provides remote support and diagnostics. 4.6 This ensures nationwide onsite support. 4.7 This provides compatibility with our larger machines. 5.0 Includes a thermostatically controlled vortex cabinet chiller. 6.0 Includes extra packs of consumables for the torch, a repair kit for the torch barrel, and spare fuses. 7.0 Servo Z-Axis Also includes: Hypertherm Powermax 65 Plasma Unit Air Blast-EL: This valve and port directs a blast of shop-air through the tube from the chuck end to reduce the amount of slag building up on the inside of the tube. Suggested for diameters 1" and down. EMI Tool Box Cart Power Filter: It protects the control side of the machine from high power surges and the common RFI/EMI interference common in many areas but especially in plants with welders, plasma units and big motors starting and stopping. Bundle Cart: This wheeled 12' x 2' cart handles an entire bundle of tube or pipe. Auto Supports for material stock: prevent the center of a length of material from sagging. Dual Monitors: allows the user to have programming and operations open at the same time. The operator is able to view prints or other production data while the machine is in use.
