Roll Feed Automatic Cold Saw

This automatic sawing system accepts a 315 mm sawblade and can easily cut up to 3" round tube, 1-3/4" solid round mild steel, and 3" solid round aluminum, copper, plastic or other nonferrous materials at a 90 degree straight cut. The RFA saw comes equipped with either a standard supply track or a full bundle loading attachment. Both systems allow the saw to automatically load, trim, cut, and sort part lengths up to 120 inches and hold a ±0.006" tolerance in length of tubing up to 3" in diameter while continually providing a squareness tolerance of ±0.002" per diameter inch. 

With optional equipment you can feed directly into a deburring machine or we can customize form jaws to handle thin wall applications without distortion.
