The CPO 315 RFA (Roll Feed Automatic) cold saw provides uninterrupted straight 90° cutting on tubes, solids, and extrusions while supplying precise high quality cuts, and is an ideal saw for high volume & long length applications that require clean accurate cuts. This machine's touch screen controls and other features decrease cycle times and make this saw fast & easy to operate. The RFA can store profile settings such as speeds & feeds, which make changing material sizes even faster.

This Auto Feed System (AFS) allows you to turn a Scotchman semi-automatic cold saw into a fully automated cutting system.

Unlike fully integrated ironworkers that dedicate separate stations to each function, component-style ironworkers are designed around a permanent punching station combined with an open tooling cavity or table. This innovative design allows operators to quickly change attachments and configure the machine for specific applications.
The result is a highly adaptable machine that can perform a wide variety of fabrication tasks while maximizing productivity and minimizing equipment investment.

This semi-automatic circular cold saw has a pneumatic power down feed with electric controls, a powered clamp and an emergency stop button. The powered clamp is a double self-centering, air-operated material vise to ensure safe, accurate, fast and efficient cuts.
