Mini Cell

E-Brake Mini Cell
The electric and fully automatic press brake, called Mini Cell is equipped with the latest type of FANUC robot with a handling weight of 25 kg, a supply station for four product stacks, a delivery station and a discharge chute. This automatic bending cell is characterised by its compactness. Optionally, the E-Brake Mini Cell can be equipped with automatic tool change function. This makes it possible to switch quickly between different products. The Mini Cell has a modular structure, so you can choose only the options you need.

R-Brake 130T

SafanDarley R-Brake: the flexible bending cell
The SafanDarley R-Brake is a revolutionary bending-cell concept based on the SafanDarley E-Brake press brake. For the SafanDarley R-Brake, the press brake and the robot have been integrated into a single system. The robotic arm moves horizontally along a 6-metre long traverse at the top of the press brake. A feat of bending cell automation that ensures that the floor in front of the press brake is free for positioning sheet-feed and -discharge tables.
