T9 Die Compensation System

The Wila Crowning Model T9 can be manufactured in virtually any length, for any brand of press brake, new or used.  The T9 is available as a manual unit with centralized adjustment by a hand crank.  The hand crank assembly comes with a digital counter, providing a benchmark for quickly setting up repeat jobs.  Each 360 degree turn of the hand crank provides .003" crowning with a maximum crowning capability of .118" at the bed center.  The patented "Wila Waves" compensate for the bed deflection proportionately throughout the entire length of the press brake bed.
